Experience
As a graduate student in Eastern Michigan University's Professional Writing program, I served as a writing consultant in both the University Writing Center and Academic Project Center, located in the campus library. As a writing consultant, I assisted undergraduate and graduate students, at both the masters and doctoral level, on various written assignments. I also have experience teaching writing at the collegiate level, having taught both writing and research writing courses for the past three years at Eastern Michigan University. I've also tutored 8th grade students as a graduate assistant with the GEAR UP program at Eastern Michigan University. Considering my professional writing education, my writing experiences as a doctoral student and lecturer, tutoring is second nature. I enjoy helping others maximize and/or reach their desired potential as writers. Writing is truly my passion.
