Experience

For 30 years I've enjoyed the satisfaction of helping my students reach their goals quickly and easily. I have a great deal of experience with people of all ages, from pre-kindergarten to adult, in all subject areas (except high school/college math and science), including English as a Second Language and Special Education. In addition, I've gained the expertise in test preparation, especially standardized testing from college entrance through professional exams for certification, licensing, masters' an doctoral degrees, along with professional advancement. Because of this wide range of accomplishments and the gratifying results I've enjoyed as a central figure in my students' achievements, I am confident that I will continue to help all of my students as they seek their academic and professional goals. Hobbies

I enjoy a wide range of hobbies. I love to do things outdoors such as tennis, horseback riding, sailing, swimming, volleyball, and cycling. For enrichment, I play the piano, sing in the choir, bake, enjoy dog walking or time with my cats. I also love my few moments of quiet time at home when I can read (especially my favorite authors, Agatha Christie, John Steinbeck, Mark Twain and F. Scott Fitzgerald). For even more fun, you can find me at a Lions or Tigers game, traveling (especially wonderful when I get the chance to speak French and Spanish). Believe it or not, I am also into Facebook & Skyping (It's the only way I can get a hold of my kids, lol).
